On every plan: 10% service fee on the performance fee of bookings paid through the platform.

All prices exclude VAT. The service fee is paid at confirmation together with the performance fee, which is held until the event: if the event is cancelled we give it back. You can change or cancel your plan at any time.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. You can move to a higher or lower plan whenever you like from your organizer dashboard: the new plan starts right away and opens a new billing period. The time you had already paid for is not lost: it is deducted from the price of the new plan, and any remainder extends its expiry date.
Everything in the Pro plan, plus advanced analytics on your ads and a dedicated account manager. It is not self-service: contact the team for a tailored quote.
Secure in-app payment applies with artists on the Pro and Premium plans: at confirmation you pay the performance fee plus a 10% service fee, and the money is held until the booking is completed, protecting both sides. If the event is cancelled, the service fee comes back to you. With artists on the Base plan the fee is agreed directly with the artist, outside the platform, and you pay no commission.
Yes, no strings attached: you can go back to the free Base plan at any time, with no penalties.
